During gear shifting ,release bearing push Diaphragm spring finger due to release fork movment,that is,release bearing push diaphragm spring finger as moving toward engine side, pressure plate is moved engine opposite by the reason of a lever principle. As a result clutch is disengaged and power is cut off.
